- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I put my trust into an Agent in this company, to get us insurance, and let my old insurance lapse because this company PROMISED me they'd get a better rate. Not only did they break their promise, they never even told me they couldn't get me insurance at all, went MIA for weeks and in that time my old insurance lapsed and I was left without coverage.
